Dr Rishay Naidoo is the Owner and Principal Dentist at Care For Smiles. His vision has always been to provide caring, high quality, patient focused and tailored treatment to improve the experience of coming to the dentist.

This is integral to everything we do at Care For Smiles.

Dr Rishay graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (with credit) in 2003 from Otago University in New Zealand, and has practiced in both New Zealand and Australia. He has a wide range of clinical experience, and is proficient in providing all aspects of general and cosmetic dentistry.

He has a special interest in orthodontics, and can offer treatment with both traditional braces and clear aligners, such as Invisalign. He is also passionate about retaining natural teeth wherever possible and has a special interest in endodontics (root canal treatment) and restoring teeth (crown and bridge dentistry). Rishay describes himself as a conscientious dentist who prides himself on his empathetic and caring nature towards patients. He continually attends professional development courses to keep updated and improve the treatment and options he can offer patients to achieve the smiles they want.

Rishay also enjoys giving back to the community both locally and overseas. He has volunteered his time to provide dental treatment in orphanages in Cambodia, as well as for the underprivileged in Auckland.

He is kept busy out of dentistry with his young children and is often found running around trying to keep up with them. He also enjoys travelling and spending time in the outdoors.
